Seattle has highest 'at home' Internet penetration in US shows survey

Scarborough Research has published a report that ranks US markets in terms of Internet penetration.

Top spot is occupied by Seattle/Tacoma with 60% of residents accessing the Internet from home within the past 30 days. Next up is other western markets including San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose and San Diego with 58% accessing the Internet at home.

Scarborough Research also found that highly populated areas such as New York falls into 14th place with a penetration level of 52% while Los Angeles holds 24th position with 50%.
